From grapes grown in a vineyard 650 metres above sea level, this sparkling wine is the result of a minimalist vinification process, according to the traditional method of sparkling wine production. It undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby salmon pink in colour, it has floral nuances and hints of fresh strawberries. The palate is intense, mineral and very fresh.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend serving at between 6 and 7º.
Food Pairing:
An excellent accompaniment to pasta and grilled fish, but it also goes well on its own!
