Destemmed and crushed grapes. Wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in small barrels of old French oak. Staging 'sur lies' until June 2012 when it was transferred to clean. Bottled according to the Classic Champagne Method. Staging in bottle 66 months before being depleted and packaged in November.

Tasting Notes:
Complex aroma with toasted and lightly caramelized notes mixed with brioche and biscuit and a slight noble evolution of tisane with nuts. In the mouth is very thin with a elegant mousse and silky texture.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10 º C.
Food Pairing:
Recommended for fish, seafood and appetizers.
