The Anise Escarchado Liqueur is a drink made by infusing aniseed with an aromatic sprig of the plant. The crystallisation of the sugar on the sprig, which gives it a very pleasing visual effect, is due to the sugar not being able to dissolve (or escarp).

It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
