Vinification in "Lagar". Aged for 12 months in 1st and 2nd year French oak barrels (500L).

Tasting Notes:
This is a Bairrada with a “modern” profile (despite the press), with ripe fruit in the foreground, in a very interesting aromatic register. Juicy and structured, the Baga leaves its mark on the solidity of the tannins and the freshness in the mouth, finishing long and inviting.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Complex wine that pairs well with red game meats, as well as traditional Portuguese dishes such as posta à mirandesa, roast kid or feijoada.
