Quinta do Encontro was born with the aim of making wines that would be a benchmark in the region. With this in mind, the winemaking team decided to explore the best that Touriga Nacional can give us, combined with Baga, the region's queen variety. Thus was born this wine, which conquers through the elegance and harmony of the blend, while maintaining the ageing potential that Bairrada has accustomed us to. An encounter you won't forget.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour with slight brownish tones. Intense aroma of ripe forest fruits, jam and slight spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate it's fruity, soft, crunchy, with a distinct volume, delicate mouthfeel and long persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at 16°C.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes perfectly with red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
