Tasting Notes:
Deep and intense ruby color. On the nose, it reveals a remarkable aromatic complexity, with highlights on mineral notes, toasted cocoa and fresh red fruits. In the mouth, it is tense and vibrant, with well-integrated acidity, structured tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with grilled and roasted red meats. Traditional Bairrada dishes such as suckling pig and chanfana. Cured cheeses and artisanal sausages.
