Winemaking:
Total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC and gentle, prolonged maceration. Aged for 18 months in new and second use barrels. Minimum bottle ageing of 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet colour with slight brownish tones. Distinct intensity is a mix of youth and complexity, with red fruit jam, spices and dried fruit being the predominant flavours. Fruity, unctuous, elegant flavour with a distinct persistence.

Consume at a temperature of 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with roast or stewed red meats, game and medium-aged cheeses.
