Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

An open-coloured red, as is typical of French grape wines, and with a fresh aroma, with hints of cherry and yam. A wine where elegance and freshness predominates, but with a very present flavour, in harmony. Simple, without wood or other devices and with winemaking in winepress, and very pleasant. A Bairrada view of French Pinot.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with strong dishes like lamprey or roasted lamb and codfish.
