Product details
This wine came from a plot of Baga vines, subject to very careful and rigorous cultivation practices, given the sensitivity of this variety. The grapes were harvested by hand and carefully vinified with complete maceration in a press with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 18 months in 500-litre French oak barrels and then for 12 months in cement vats, taking advantage of the latter's thermal inertia and, as has always been our tradition, to guarantee the wine's natural stability. It was bottled without any clarifying or stabilising treatment and then matured in the bottle for 3 years.

Baga
Tasting Notes:
Ruby in colour, very fine and elegant, with notes of resins, pine needles, black fruits, dried figs, hay and spices, typical of the variety and complexed by nuances of wood. The flavour stands out for its freshness, structure and persistence. In the mouth, the same aromatic sensations are perceived as with direct nasal olfaction. Tannins present but tamed. Very suitable for bottle ageing.
