Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Aromas of ripe fruit, with balsamic notes of liquorice and sweet spices. Powerful and fresh in the mouth in very particular style, with character and good tannins. Final persistent and balsamic, with soft plant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meats and cheese.
