Very thin, complex notes of anise, balsamic, sweet raspberry fruit, light chocolate. Fresh and concentrated, rusk soft and elegant tannins of the first, with power and great structure, spicy, complex and rich.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ready for drinking now, although it has the ageing potential to develop further in bottle for another two to three years. Will benefit from cellaring for between 6 and 12 months.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
