Fermentation with prolonged maceration in traditional stone vats. 8 months aging in French oak barrels and 4 months in bottle before going to the market.

Tasting Notes:
Deep red colour with purple highlights. Aroma of ripe berries, complex, with well integrated wood. Voluminous palate, with good acidity, very elegant tannins. Complex and velvety.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
