Product details

Winemaking:
A wine that harmoniously expresses the family’s terroirs: the meeting of the cool Vila Nova de Milfontes with the generous sunshine of Vidigueira. Alvarinho, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscatel are born in the cool sands of the Atlantic coast. The Viognier comes from the vineyards in the interior, in Vidigueira. The harvest is manual and always takes place at night. The wines ferment spontaneously with wild yeasts, in a philosophy of low intervention also in the winery. The aging takes place for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, with fine lees.
