Manual harvest. This wine is the result of two types of fermentation: initial fermentation with temperature control and co-fermentation in used French oak barrels. Battonage for 6 weeks. Aged: 50% of the batch was aged for 10 months in 600L French oak barrels (2-year-old barrels).

Tasting Notes:
This unusual combination of grape varieties results in an excellent wine full of notes of flint, fresh herbs, lemon and orange peel with slight bitterness giving it strength. Still very young, dry and austere, persistent, with a lot to grow in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
