Winemaking:
The selected grapes are hand-picked into small boxes, crushed and pressed in a short space of time, followed by a 60-hour decanting process, the alcoholic fermentation takes place over 18 days at 12ºc in small stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine ages for 3 months in the bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Arinto,Verdelho
Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Complex aroma with tropical notes. Sweet and with personality, it has good structure and acidity, giving it a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10º/12ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Goes perfectly with grilled fish, seafood and white meats.

Contains sulphites.
