Manual harvest. This wine is the result of two types of fermentation: initial fermentation with temperature control and co-fermentation in used French oak barrels. Battonage for 12 weeks. Aging: Aged for 10 months in 600L French oak barrels (barrels aged 1 and 2 years).

Tasting Notes:
With a soft golden color, it has excellent aromatic intensity and complexity where citrus notes stand out. In the mouth it has body, freshness and length. It is a wine that defies the senses and conventions.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
