Main focus on grape quality. Integrated production with several selective thinning to reduce yield up to 4,000kg / ha. Manual and separated grape harvest. Pressing of the berries, cleaned and separated by grape variety followed by the decanting of the must. Fermentation with own yeasts and temperature controlled for a long period. Minimum application of sulphites.

Tasting Notes:
Lemon colour. Lush yellow fruit aroma, blended with light floral notes. Voluminous, round, full of fruit with a firm acidity and easy to drink.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature ranging from 8 to 12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
A perfect aperitif wine for our daily meals that won’t lose its aroma and body even drunk very cold. Good match for seafood, calamari, and all blue fish.
