The nose is spicy and vibrant, with juicy citrus, lemon and passion fruit notes. In the mouth it is intense, with vibrant notes of ripe passion fruit and herbs. Long finish balanced by salty mineral notes, contrasting with the initial fruit flavour.

Serve at 8/10ºC.
