Tasting Notes:
Produced with special Munich Malt, it is a brown beer, with creamy, sand-colored foam. Takes on a rich aroma of malt, chocolate, dried fruit and light smoke. In the mouth it is elegant, discreet bitter, supporting the sweetness of the malt. The rich, sweet flavor of malt, carob and chocolate are in harmony with the acidity. Medium finish, fruity and slightly toasted.
Storage:
Store in a fresh and dry place away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 5ºC-8ºC.
Perfect Serve:
Being a more intense recreation than the traditional Munich Dunkel, it aligns perfectly with Portuguese gastronomy, alongside dishes of great character.
