Tasting Notes:
Lager beer, the color of sunflowers, luminous like the rising sun. Determined foam, white and pure like the cherry blossoms of Hokkaido. Serene volatiles, with citrus existence, lychee and sea air. Refreshing, the paused aging in the tank delicately polished the bitterness and refined its flavor, balancing the sweetness of the rice and the generous acidity.

Store in a fresh and dry place away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 5ºC-8ºC.
