Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected and hand-picked before being vinified. Total destemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation took place for 25 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 12ºC and the wine aged in a vat in contact with fine lees for 4 months in a “bâtonnage” process.

Tasting Notes:
With an intense crystalline colour, this is a very fresh and aromatic wine on the nose with lush tropical aromas. It shows a fragrant profile and intense citrus notes well balanced with some exotic notes. On the palate, this wine shows its freshness with an elegant intensity and persistence reflecting its minerality coming from the influence of the Atlantic Ocean.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
An excellent wine to accompany with salads, fish and seafood.
