Tasting Notes:
Citrus color. Tropical aroma with notes of passion fruit, complemented by jasmine flower and herbaceous aromas of grass, tomato leaf and asparagus. Dry, light and mineral.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
