Winemaking:
Made from our best selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes were pressed after total destemming and the fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 10. º C - 12 º C. The wine aged in a vat for 4 months in contact with the lees.

Tasting Notes:
It is a wine that presents a great aromatic intensity with notes of tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit. In the mouth it is plump in the beginning, quite exuberant and reveals a good combination of fruity notes and a balanced freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
An excellent wine to accompany with salads, fish and seafood.

Contains sulphites.
