Product details

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes in the early hours of August 18, 2023. After 24 hours of cold skin maceration, fermentation took place in used 500 L French oak barrels for 20 days at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine underwent daily batonnage. Ageing in used 500 L French oak barrels for nine months.

Arinto,Malvasia
