Winemaking:
Soft pressing, static cold decantation. Stainless steel fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Prolonged aging with fine lees.

Alvarinho

Citrus yellow. Citrus aroma, orange blossom and white fruit. Balanced acidity, saline, mineral character, citrus notes and some tropical, creamy and long finish.
