Product details
The grapes were harvested manually, with selection, into small 20 kg boxes. At the winery, the grapes were again handpicked and then de-stemmed. The crushing - passive - was the result of transport to the press, where it underwent short maceration and gentle pressing. Fermentation was carried out at room temperature and finished in casks. The malolactic transformation occurred in these same casks. 400 L and 225 L French oak hulls from the Allier forest were used, with various low-intensity toasting regimes. It aged in these same casks for 4 months, until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow color. The aroma has great distinction, guided by quality and notable richness of multiple dimensions. It presents white-fleshed fruit, delicate floral notes and herbal suggestions. The wood is well integrated and provides dried fruits and brioche, all based on a limestone background that lingers in the memory. In the mouth it is elegant, exquisite in the balance between the generosity of the body, full of substance and vibrant freshness. The ending is admirable in its length and involvement.
