Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-harvested, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery and then pressed. As this is a red grape wine, the wine is in contact with the skins as little as possible. The must is refrigerated to 8ºC and statically decanted for 2 days. After the lees are separated, fermentation begins, which takes place for around 2 weeks at 14-16ºC. It ages in cement tanks on fine lees for 6 months before being bottled.

Grape Varieties:
Bastardo
