The harvest was done manually into small 15kg boxes, the grapes were destemmed and left to macerate for a week until fermentation with indigenous yeasts began. Fermentation was done in stainless steel vats and 20% in used 350-litre French oak barrels. Aged for 10 months on fine lees with bâtonnage only in the first 2 months.

Murgas Bucelas is a wine that expresses the strength of the Atlantic terroir in limestone soils. It combines the elegance of Arinto with the minerality characteristic of limestone soils. Serious, deep, enveloping and with great longevity, it brings together the attributes of great historical wines.

It should be served at a temperature of 10°/12°C.

It pairs perfectly with starters, fish dishes, some white meats, cheeses and apple pie.
