Fermented and aged for 9 months in new and used French oak barrels with robine wood tops.

On the nose the first impact is of asparagus, with exotic notes. In the mouth an unctuous wine where asparagus and pepper notes are expressed, aftertaste with a smoky character due to aging, persistent with a refreshing acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be kept horizontally at a temperature of 12º C. and 60% humidity. Service temperature between 10º C. and 12º C.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with boiled seafood, delicate fish (sole, sea bass), exquisite fish dishes with creamy sauce and Asian cuisine.
