Pre-fermentative cold skin contact for 4 hours, followed by fermentation of the clean must in new French oak barrels. Fermented and aged 6 months in barrels with bâtonnage.

Citric colour. Ripe yellow pulp fruits with a citrus touch well-matched with barrel notes. Fresh, mineral, bulky and buttery. Finishes complex and persistent.

Serve between 8 and 10ºC.

Goes well with grilled or barbecued fatty fish, charcuterie, sheep’s cheeses.
