The grapes were hand-picked in the cool of the morning and crushed in the wine press where they remained in contact with the skins for 3 days. Fermentation, which began spontaneously, ended in stainless steel after pressing, where it remained until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Quite an original aroma, due to its minerality. In the mouth, it surprises with its unusual unctuousness and salinity. A Classic White.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.

It goes well with all types of fish and seafood dishes, and pairs especially well with oven-baked seafood.
