Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were picked by hand on August and pressed directly without destemming or crushing. It was decanted for 2 days at a low temperature and then fermented at 14ºC. It finished fermenting in used French oak barrels, where it aged for 9 months, partly with battonage.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 8-9°C.

Food Pairing:
The perfect companion for elaborate fish dishes (particularly cod), white meats or poultry and intensely flavoured cheeses.
