Winemaking:
The Vallado ABF Second Edition 1843 wine was bottled in 2025, to celebrate and pay homage to the history and legacy of Quinta do Vallado. This wine was made from pre-phylloxera vines, and aged throughout its long life in 650L wooden casks.
