Winemaking:
Quinta do Boição Arinto Tradicional, produced using ancestral methods and harvested early, yields a wine with low alcohol content and vibrant acidity. It has been aging in the bottle for approximately one year. Unfiltered, sedimentation may occur in the bottle. Without the addition of nutrients to the must during fermentation, it results in a wine with low alcohol content and high acidity.

Deep golden colour. Intense aroma of dried fruits such as walnuts and hazelnuts. On the palate, it presents buttery notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend serving this wine between 10/12ºC.

Enviable versatility in food pairing. Fresh salads, seafood, grilled white fish, sushi or sashimi will be excellent companions for this wine.
