Product details

Winemaking:
Produced from the Malvasia de Colares grape variety, grown in ungrafted vineyards, this wine benefits from the natural protection against phylloxera offered by the sandy soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with an open spout system, followed by a 10-month ageing period in used French oak barrels.

Food Pairing:
Very versatile, even as an aperitif. It marries very well with the exotic flavours of Thai and Indian cuisine, seafood, grilled fish and sophisticated salads. As it ages, it takes on a new patina, pairing well with more sophisticated and spicy fish dishes. Delicious with oysters!
