Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. Aged for 3 months in second and third use French oak barrels with bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Bright yellow citrus colour. Mineral notes and white pulp fruit. Good volume and freshness, excellent acidity, good persistence. Intense and long in the end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with grilled meats and stews.
