Winemaking:
In the cellar, after manual harvesting and careful transport, the grapes were destemmed and fermented with complete maceration in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature at 25ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation. To gain greater complexity and balanced structure, the wine aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels and about 4 months in the bottle.

Intense garnet coloured wine. Full aroma of ripe wild berries and minty freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in horizontal position. Serve at 16-17º.
