After a careful and meticulous harvest of the best bunches, the grapes were sent to a refrigerated container, where they spent 12 hours at 6 degrees. The following day, they were transported to the winery in a refrigerated environment, where they were completely destemmed and crushed at the entrance to the fermentation tank. Fermentation took place in large tanks, with an optimal contact surface ratio and a controlled temperature of 24ºC, with total fermentation for 20 days. After fermentation and clean extraction, the wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Medium-deep ruby in color, with hints of violet. The nose is inviting, with emphasis on red fruit and wild berries. The palate is ambitious, with an intense attack and full of fruit. Its strong structure and precise acidity give it a captivating freshness, leading to a tense, almost electric finish, with excellent persistence and balance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Highlights include the stewed dishes, with broth, and also grilled game. You can surprise with octopus and cod dishes, where tomato is present as the base element.
