Tasting Notes:
It has a colour with citrus and slightly golden nuances. Ripe, fresh aromas, with floral, citrus and mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity and some body, combined with a fruity flavour.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Very versatile, from grilled fish, oriental food, pasta and seafood.
