Product details

Winemaking:
The wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged for 1 year in used French oak barrels and 6 months in stainless steel tanks. As the name suggests, it seeks to show the soil, the vineyard and the region; To achieve this, winemaking is done in a low-interventionist way, without the use of selected commercial yeasts or bacteria, only sulfur dioxide is used and in very low doses. Its winemaking is inspired by ancient methods where the wines fermented in old wood – 500-liter barrels or small barrels and remained there until bottling, potentially creating a deposit.
