Product details
Grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 20kg crates to the winery. The grapes are received and pressed, the must is collected from the open spout and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Fermentation finishes in 500-litre oak barrels for 10 months, during which time batonnage is carried out regularly and the wine remains in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
The colour is yellow, bright and clear. On the nose, the intense citrus aroma gives way to the resin of the encruzado. On the palate, the acidity is queen, enveloped by the thickness and elegant texture given by the wood.

Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for pairing with grilled fish, white meats or simply on its own.
