Tasting Notes:
Bright citrine yellow. It presents a great aromatic complexity, with citrus and resin notes. In the mouth, it is elegant, persistent and presents a fantastic balance between acidity and sweetness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 8-10 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany cod dishes, seafood, baked fish, risottos and grilled meats.
