Tasting Notes:
On the nose it reveals floral and green notes, grapefruit zest, a slight touch of wax and a marked minerality, with a sensation of wet stone and an austere character. On the palate it is very fresh, with a well-defined tension and a firm structure that gives it depth. It shows elegance, a light spicy profile and a distinct mineral expression. It finishes long, persistent and with considerable charm.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served between 10º–12ºC.

Grilled or olive-style octopus, free-range chicken, grilled oily fish, fresh shellfish, light Asian-influenced dishes with citrus fruits, soft cheeses.
