Winemaking:
The grapes manually harvested for small boxes of 18 kg were immediately pressed with stink and the resulting must passed to small stainless steel tanks where it decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by stage in stainless steel tank being only filtered before bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
