Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation conducted in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, 13ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Encruzado,Malvasia Fina

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour with delicate notes of fruit, especially citrus, very mineral. In the mouth is quite fresh, mineral, elegant, with volume and also with a persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle in horizontal position at constant temperature. Serve at a temperature of 10°C to 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
