Product details
Fermented and aged in 4-year-old French oak barrels (400/500L). The 18-month aging process took place with minimal intervention, without batonnage or successive sulfur corrections. Bottling was direct without filtration. The reason for this prolonged stage is because the Encruzado variety needs time.
Grape Varieties:
Encruzado
Tasting Notes:
The fresh and mineral profile, complex in aroma, presents citrus and floral notes that combine perfectly with a strong mineral profile. Tense and vibrant in the mouth, with a very present acidity, it impresses with the lightness it demonstrates despite the excellent mouth volume. Dry and austere, it is a white that will benefit greatly in the cellar.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
