Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-harvested, the stems are de-stemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery and then pressed. The must is refrigerated to 8ºC and statically decanted for 2 days. After the lees are separated, fermentation begins, which takes place for around 3 weeks at 12-14ºC. After fermentation, the grapes are aged for 8 months on fine lees, followed by bottling.

Malvasia Fina,Cerceal,Bical

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC. Keep the bottles lying down when possible and in a temperature-controlled environment.
