Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

It has an elegant and complex profile, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, floral notes, spices and a mineral touch characteristic of the Douro terroir. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with silky tannins, good acidity and a long, balanced finish. Ideal to accompany red meats, game dishes and cured cheeses. A wine that reflects the richness and winemaking tradition of the Douro.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enormous gastronomic versatility, from more complex fish dishes; red meat and game and soft and cured cheeses.
