A red wine with a distinct Alentejo character. A wine shaped by the heat of one of Europe's sunniest regions. Made from selected grapes harvested overnight in the estate's vineyards, with minimal intervention during winemaking.

Tasting Notes:
The nose is dominated by intense black fruit and spices. Soft, ripe tannins fill the palate with an elegant structure where the abundant fruit is not overshadowed by the aging in wood. The balance between alcohol and acidity places this wine in a category of unique wines that are unforgettable.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.

Excellent with poultry, meats, sausages, cheeses and some fish.
