With its deep colour, typical of Alicante, this wine is the ultimate expression of what an Alicante Bouschet from the Alentejo can be. Powerful and ripe in the mouth and on the nose, it doesn't lose the grape variety's virtue of generating fresh wines, always with hints of green grass or pine forest that help prolong its life. With strong tannins that don't affect the flavour, and with the wood that was wanted to be very present, this is a wine that is a keeper par excellence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be kept in a cool and shady place. Perfect serve 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect pairing with roasted red meat, lamb and stews.

Excellent value
expand_moreWe visited the vineyard in 2022 and bought 2 bottles of the newly bottled 2021 Alicante Bouschet. We were told not to drink it for at least six months. Just under a year later we opened a bottle and - WOW!!!
